Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to your local authorized courier and keep your receipt; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
